IRA BIRNS, CTP, CPA
Ira Birns is Executive Vice President and CFO at World Fuel Services Corporation in Miami, FL. He was formerly Vice President & Treasurer/Vice President – Investor Relations at Arrow Electronics, Inc., headquartered in Melville, NY. Ira has been a member of the AFP Board of Directors since 2002. He served as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee from 2004-2006. In the past he has served as a member of the Finance Committee, the Strategic Alliance Committee and the Audit Committee. He served on the AFP Global Corporate Treasurers Forum Task Force in 2006 and 2005. Ira has been a speaker at several national AFP conferences and he has been named to the AFP 300 from 2004-2008. He has been a member of AFP since 1991.

SUSAN GLASS, CTP
Susan Glass is Finance Manager at Hallmark Cards, Inc. in Kansas City, MO. She has been a member of the AFP Board since 2006 and currently serves as Vice Chairman, Secretary and Chairman of the Policy Committee. In the past she has served on the Finance Committee, the 2003 Payments Conference Task Force, chaired the 2002 Annual Conference Task Force and was a member of the Task Force in 2001. In 2000 she served as Chairman of the Retail Industry Task Force and was a member of the Task Force in 1998-1999. At the local level, Susan has served on the Board of Directors of the Kansas City AFP and was President in 1999. She served as Program Committee Chair, Secretary and Vice President from 1996-1999. Susan has been a contributor at the AFP Annual Conference, speaking on various subjects since 2003. She has been a member of AFP since 1995.

MICHAEL CONNOLLY
Mike Connolly is Vice President - Treasurer at Tiffany & Co. in Parsippany, NJ. Mike has been a member of the AFP Board of Directors since 2006 and currently serves as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is also a member on the Strategic Alliance Committee. In the past he has served on the Audit Committee and the Strategic Planning Committee. He has served on the AFP Global Corporate Treasurers Forum Task Force for the 2005 and 2006 conferences and chaired the 2005 conference. He is also a member of the AFP Retail Treasury Form Task Force for 2009 and the Corporate Treasurers Council Research Advisory Board. He has been a member of AFP since 1999.

Brian Breen, CTP
Brian Breen is Chief Financial Officer of The Service Companies, Inc. in Miami Lakes, FL. Prior to joining The Service Companies, Brian served as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Simmons Bedding Company in Atlanta, GA. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2006 and currently serves on the Audit Committee. In the past Brian has served on the Finance Committee and in 2006 he was a member of the Annual Conference Task Force. Brian is a regular attendee of the Corporate Treasurers Council roundtables. In 2005 he was elected to the AFP300 in recognition of his accomplishments and credentials as a treasury professional. Brian was recognized by Global Finance Magazine as one of the top rated treasury professionals in the industry. He has been a member of AFP since 2001.
Jeff Cappelletti, CTP
Jeff Cappelletti is Corporate Treasurer and Risk Manager for The Wackenhut Corporation in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. In addition to being a corporate officer of Wackenhut, Jeff serves as President of Titania Insurance Company of America, a Vermont based captive insurance company. Jeff has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2006 and currently serves on the Finance Committee which he has been a member since 2006. In 2006 and 2005 he was a member of the Annual Conference Task Force. In 2002 he served as a Pinnacle Award judge. He has been a member of AFP since 2001.
Craig Ehrnst, CTP
Craig Ehrnst is Treasurer of NCCI Holdings, Inc, in Boca Raton, FL since 2000. He was formerly with ExxonMobil's Latin American affiliate as a Senior Treasury Manager. Craig serves as a member on the Finance Committee. He was a member of the AN08 Annual Conference Task Force and in the past he has served as the Chairman of the Treasury Management Advisory Group as well as the AFP Working Capital Management Task Force. He served as a member of the Working Capital Management Task force for three years. In addition, Craig is a member of the Wells Fargo Client Advisory Board, as well as several boards within his community. He has been a member of AFP since 1997.
Roberta (Bobbie) Eiseman, CTP
Bobbie Eiseman is Director of Treasury at SunGard Data Systems Inc. in Wayne, PA. Bobbie serves as a member on the Policy Committee. Bobbie has been a member of the Government Relations Committee, and has served on the AN06, AN07 and AN08 Annual Conference Task Force. In 2007 and 2008 she served as a Pinnacle Award judge. Bobbie has been a speaker at the AFP Annual Conference in past years. She has served on her regional AFP of Philadelphia as Treasurer, Vice President and President. She has been a member of AFP since 2000.
James Gilligan, CTP
Jim Gilligan is Manager, Corporate Treasury at Great Plains Energy, Inc. and President, KLT Investments Inc., a subsidiary of Great Plains Energy, both located in Kansas City, MO. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2004 and served as Vice Chairman, Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee from 2006-2008. Jim currently serves as a member on the Finance Committee, the Strategic Alliance Committee and the AFP PAC Board of Trustees. In addition he served as Chairman of the 2006 Annual Conference Planning Task Force and as a Pinnacle Award judge. Jim was also a member of the Annual Conference Planning Task Force in 2004 and 2005. He has served as President, 3-term Treasurer and Conference Chair of the Kansas City AFP. He has been a member of AFP since 1998.
Bradley Larson, CTP
Brad Larson is Vice President Global Treasurer for Claire’s Stores in Chicago, IL. A member of AFP since 1995, he has been on the Board of Directors since 2001 serving as Vice Chairman Secretary from 2002-2004. Brad currently serves on the Policy Committee and the Ethics Special Committee of the Board. He is also a member of the Government Relations Committee and is that committee’s representative to the Payments Advisory Group. He was as a Founding Member of the AFP of Canada Board of Directors from 2005-2008. In the past Brad has served on the Payments Advisory Group, Retail Task Force and was the first Chairman of the AFP Working Capital Management Task Force. Each year from 2004 through 2008 he has been named to the AFP 300, and has been a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences, forums and teleconferences. Prior to joining Claire’s, Brad held positions in Treasury at PetSmart, Payless ShoeSource and Pamida.
Maureen O'Boyle, CCM
Maureen O'Boyle is Assistant Treasurer at Shaklee Corporation in Pleasanton, CA. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2006 and serves as a member on the Policy Committee and the Ethics Special Committee. Maureen is Chairman of the Government Relations Committee and has been a member since 2002. Maureen has been a speaker at past AFP Annual Conferences. From 1998 to 2001 Maureen served on the Peninsula TMA as Treasurer, Vice President and President, and in 1997 served as their Program Chair. Maureen also served as Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President of the San Francisco Treasury Management Association from 1988-1992. She has been a member of AFP since 1988.
Anita Patterson, CTP
Anita Patterson is Director – Treasury Services for Cox Enterprises, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. Anita currently serves as a member on the Audit Committee. She is a member of the Payments Advisory Group and has served as Chairman of the Global Treasury Task Force in 2006, a member on the Annual Conference Task Force in 2002 and 2003, and the Payments Forum Task Force as Chairman. She is a frequent speaker at national and regional AFP conferences and forums. In addition, Anita is a member of the SunTrust Client Advisory Board, as well as serving on several boards within her community. Anita has served on her regional AFP of Atlanta as President, Secretary and Committee chairman since 2002. Anita has been a member of AFP since 1992.
Delores Ratliff, CTP
Delores Ratliff is Manager, Bank Initiatives and Negotiations, Target Corporation in Minneapolis, MN. She served as Vice Chairman, Secretary and Chairman of the Policy Committee from 2006-2008. Delores currently serves on the Finance Committee and the Ethics Special Committee. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002 during which time she served as a member of the Finance Committee. Delores is a member on the Payments Advisory Group and the Payments Forum Task Force. She is an avid and long-term AFP volunteer and has been a member of the AFP Policy Committee, Exchange Editorial Advisory Board and Cyberconference Task Force. Delores has also served as Chairman of the Risk Management Task Force and the Retail Industry Task Force. She has served as President, Vice President, Program and Conference Chair of the Minnesota Treasury Management (MTMA). In addition, Delores is a member of the Wachovia Retail Advisory Board, as well as several boards within her community. She has been a frequent speaker at national and regional AFP conferences and forums. She has been a member of AFP since 1987.
Dennis Reedy, CTP
Dennis Reedy is Managing Director of Treasury Operations at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. He has been on the Board of Directors since 2004 and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2004-2008. He currently serves as a member on the Audit Committee and as a Founding Member on the AFP of Canada Board of Directors. Dennis served on the Certification Body of Knowledge Committee for Essentials Six and Seven, the 1995 TMA/BAI RFP project, Item Writers and Job Analysis Task Forces and has been a speaker and industry roundtable facilitator at the AFP Annual Conference. He served as President/Treasurer and is a current board member of the AFP of Indiana. He is co-director for the Treasury Institute of Higher Education, of which AFP is an alliance partner. He has been a member of AFP since 1987.
Laurie Sherwood, CTP
Laurie Sherwood is Vice President, Corporate Development and Treasurer at Atmos Energy Corporation in Dallas, TX. Laurie has been a member of the Board since 2006 and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee, as a member on the AFP PAC Board of Trustees, and the Strategic Alliance Committee. She is a member of the Corporate Treasurers Council and has worked with AFP in its investigation of banks' credit-tying practices. She has been a member of AFP since 2000.
Loren Starr, CTP (Past Chairman)
Loren Starr is Senior Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Invesco, headquartered in Atlanta, GA. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. Loren served as Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2006-2008; and Vice Chairman, Secretary from 2004-2006. He currently serves as a member of the Strategic Alliance Committee, as a Founding Member of the AFP of Canada Board of Directors, and the AFP PAC Board of Trustees. He served as a member of the Audit Committee in 2004. Loren served on the AFP Board of Directors from 1999-2001, during which time he chaired the Special Committee for Strategic Planning in 2001 and was a member of the Board Strategy Committee in 1999. He has been a member of AFP since 1996.
