Donald D. Humphreys Senior Vice President & Treasurer Donald Humphreys was elected treasurer of Exxon Mobile in 2004 and joined the executive management committee in 2006. His previous positions with the company include Controller, Assistant Treasurer, Assistant General Auditor, and Financial Director of the Exxon companies in Malaysia. Mr. Humphreys, a veteran of the US Army, holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Harvey Rosenblum, Ph.D. Executive Vice President and Director of Research As EVP and Director of Research at the Dallas Fed, Harvey Rosenblum serves as economic policy advisor to the bank’s president and as an associate economist for the Federal Open Market Committee. He began his career with the Federal Reserve in 1970 as an economist in Chicago. He is a past president and a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the National Association for Business Economics, and current Executive Director of the North American Economics and Finance Association. Rosenblum has authored articles for The Journal of Finance, New York Times, Southwest Economy and The Handbook of Banking Strategy. He is a visiting professor of finance at Southern Methodist University, teaching courses in contemporary issues on monetary policy and financial institutions and markets. Rosenblum received a B.A. in economics from the University of Connecticut and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. His current research interests focus on monetary policy, inflation and the growing impact of globalization on the U.S. economy and businesses.

John Ahearn Managing Director, Global Head of Trade John Ahearn, Managing Director in Citi’s Global Transactions Services business, is currently responsible for supply chain, trade finance, asset optimization and export agency finance. Beginning his banking career as a management trainee at JPMorgan, Mr. Ahearn’s previous experience includes senior roles at the Bank of New York and ABN AMRO, where he was responsible for financial institutions and global sales for the trade business. Mr. Ahearn is a member of the board of directors of the Bankers’ Association for Finance and Trade and the Pacific Rim Bankers Association. He has been an adjunct professor at Centenary College and an editor on various trade textbook for the American Banker’s Association (ABA). Mary BellSenior Vice President, Finance and Treasury Mary Bell is Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasury for Blockbuster Inc., where she oversees the investor relations, treasury, risk management and finance functions. Bell joined Blockbuster in 2000 as VP of Investor Relations, and in 2002 was promoted to Senior Vice President. In 2003 she also assumed the role of corporate treasurer, responsible for Blockbuster?s treasury and risk management functions. Prior to joining Blockbuster, Bell held investor relations positions with 7-Eleven, Inc. and Excel Communications. She received her MBA from the University of Dallas and her MS degree from Mississippi State University.

John J. Bilardello Managing Director John Bilardello joined Standard & Poor’s in 1981 and currently serves as a managing director in S&P’s Corporate and Government Ratings practice. He oversees a division of approximately 450 staff worldwide that issues ratings on over 5000 entities across 30 different industries. Prior to his current responsibilities, he managed S&P’s Utilities, Energy, & Project Finance areas. In recent years, John has also been responsible for S&P’s Ratings Evaluation Service and Private Credit Analysis Businesses, and institutional investor and banker outreach programs. John holds a BA and an MBA in finance from C.W. Post College and Executive Education Degrees from UVA’s Darden School and Columbia’s School of Business. He is a co-author of the 2005 book Fundamentals of Corporate Credit Analysis.

Timothy HeslerPartner, Head of Treasury Services Tim Hesler leads the Treasury and Risk Advisory group for KPMG LLP out of New York, NY. Prior to joining KPMG, Tim was an advisory director for ten years at PricewaterhouseCoopers after working for a number of years in the corporate treasury sector as a practitioner. Tim has provided process, strategy, financial risk, internal control and technology consulting to companies in all aspects of treasury activities. He is a CTP and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Union College, and a MBA in Finance from Columbia University. He is a member of the AFP's Body of Knowledge Committee and is the Chair, Advisory Board for TMI USA magazine. Tim is the President of the Treasury Management Association of New York.

Steve Klueg Treasurer Steve Klueg has served as Vice President and Treasurer of World Fuel Services Corporation since August, 2008. Steve joined World Fuel Services from Ingersoll Rand where he held the position of Assistant Treasurer. Prior to that, Steve served in various managerial capacities including Assistant Treasurer of SPX Corporation from 1999 until 2005. Steve holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ohio University and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Sandra Koch Senior Technical Consultant Sandra Koch has over 13 years of corporate treasury experience, most recently with Tellabs, Inc., where she drove a wide range of initiatives including establishing a full-scale, FAS 133-compliant, FX hedging program. Throughout her career she has developed expertise in various areas of global financial management including: planning/budgeting, business unit management, cashflow forecasting, foreign exchange management, merger and acquisition assimilation and financial management software implementation. Marci Lerner, CTP Vice President & Assistant Treasurer After beginning her career with Staples as a Financial Systems Project Manager, Marci Lerner was promoted to Director of Financial Planning and then to Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. In 2003 she made the move over to Treasury and currently serves as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, responsible for managing Staples’ global cash and liquidity, analyzing financial risks and recommending capital structures. Marci’s previous experience includes finance and accounting positions at Digital Equipment Corporation and Pfizer’s Schick Shaving Products division. Marci holds both a BS and MBA from Babson College.

Tim Mahoney President, Global Risk Management As President of Global Risk Management, Tim Mahoney heads Marsh’s global services platform and oversees the firm’s largest and most complex clients. He brings nearly two decades of experience at Marsh, moving up the ranks from account representative to his most recent position, CEO of the Americas, where he was responsible for managing Marsh’s operations in the United States, Canada and Latin America. Claire J. Mezzanote Managing Director, U.S. ABS & RMBS Claire J. Mezzanotte is head of the U.S. Asset-Backed and Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities Group at DBRS, where she is responsible for managing the rating teams, quantitative analysis, research and surveillance functions. Claire is also responsible for developing rating criteria and is a voting member of the Structured Finance Criteria Committee. Previously, Claire was Head of Structured Finance Credit Policy, where she managed the development of North American structured finance rating methodologies, served as Chair of the Structured Finance Criteria Committee, and established rating process policies and procedures. Robert McDonald, CA, CFADirector of Treasury and Securitization Robert McDonald is the Director of Treasury and Securitization at International Electric Supply Corp. (IESC), the holding company for Rexel companies in the US. He arranged and manages the company's $470m trade AR securitization program, and led the restructuring of the companies US debt while co-arranging the $2.4b global multilateral credit facility during the 2005 LBO of the Rexel Group. Robert was also involved in due diligence, financing, and integration for Rexel's recent acquisitions including GE Supply. He also oversees IESC's F/X risk management, interest rate risk management and other working capital initiatives. Brenda Szymanowski, CTP, CPATreasurer Brenda S. Szymanowski, CTP, CPA joined AstenJohnson in 2001 and was promoted to the role of Corporate Treasurer in 2005. She is responsible for global treasury matters including cash and debt management and currency risk management, as well as other compliance areas such as global taxation, transfer pricing and North American benefits and payroll. Aaron UhdeSenior Director & Head of Investor Relations Aaron Uhde has served as Head of Investor Relations for Invesco since August 2007. Previously, he was the Director of Investor Relations and Assistant Treasurer from December 2005 through July 2007. Mr. Uhde joined the company in March 1998 and served in roles for both Invesco Retirement and Invesco Institutional through October 2000. He joined Invesco’s Global Strategic Planning group in November 2000 as an analyst and became Assistant Vice President of Corporate Development in November 2002. Mr. Uhde received a B.A. from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from Georgia State University. He is a CFA charter holder and is a member of the CFA Society of Atlanta and the Atlanta Chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute.
