The Association for Financial Professionals Calls for Entries for its 2007 Pinnacle Awards

Upcoming Webinar Reviews Process for Entry

March 23, 2007 - Bethesda, MD - The Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) invites treasury and finance professionals to submit applications for the prestigious 2007 AFP Pinnacle Awards, sponsored by Wachovia. In its 11th year, the Pinnacle Awards continues to recognize excellence in treasury and finance for successfully developed leading solutions in the categories of Strategy, Innovation and Risk.

One winner is chosen from each category with a Grand Prize Winner announced at AFP's 2007 Annual Conference in Boston this fall. All winners will receive the coveted Pinnacle Award, recognition in AFP's Exchange magazine reaching over 20,000 of their peers, and complimentary registration, lodging and transportation for two representatives to the Annual Conference. Wachovia will make a $10,000 charitable donation on behalf of the Grand Prize Winner.

A panel of treasury and finance experts will evaluate entries. Judges will select one winner from each category based on originality, innovative technologies and successful methodologies. Submissions are being accepted online at www.AFPonline.org/pinnacle.
