Overwhelmingly, survey respondents who identified themselves as digital leaders identified four distinct patterns of behavior. On average, digital leaders:

1. Are digital experts at home as well as at work
2. Are experts on the tools they use today
3. Have a plan to continue learning
4. Are self-motivated to continue to be digital leaders.
