Chair
Geetanjali Tandon
Geetanjali Tandon is the Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Dayforce. Prior to joining Dayforce (formerly Ceridian), she was VP FP&A at Centralsquare in Orlando, Florida. Prior to Centralsquare, Geetanjali served various roles in FP&A at Bayer Crop Sciences (previously Monsanto) for 7 years including Digital Transformation Finance Director, CFO of IT function, US row crops finance lead etc. Prior to joining Bayer Crop Sciences, she worked with Capital One Financial Services for seven years based in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area. She has served on the AFP Board for the last four years, recently serving as Vice Chair, Treasurer. She has also been a member and chair of the AFP FP&A advisory task force. Geetanjali has contributed articles to Exchange magazine, participated in podcasts and webinars for AFP as well as presented at FinNext conferences. She previously served as Chair of the Finance Committee and was a member of the Strategic Planning Committee.
Vice Chair
Sassan Parandeh, CTP
Sassan Parandeh is the Global Treasurer of ChildFund International and Vice Chair, Secretary of the AFP Board of Directors. Before joining ChildFund, he served as Vice President of Treasury at Platinum Equity Holdings and as Director of International Treasury at Dole Food Company. With 34 years of dedicated corporate treasury experience, Sassan has been an active member of the AFP Treasury Advisory Group since 2012. He participated in the Annual Conference Task Force in 2012 and 2013, served on the Pinnacle Award Selection Committee, and has published eight articles in the AFP Exchange, as well as multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals such as Corporate Treasury Management and the Journal of Business Continuity. In 2014, he and his team won the AFP Grand Pinnacle Award, and in 2022, the Alexander Hamilton's Gold Award. Sassan previously served on the Board’s Policy Committee. He currently serves as the Chair of the Policy Committee and is a member of the Ethics Committee. Sassan has been a member of AFP since 1999.

Fred Schacknies, CTP
Fred Schacknies is the Vice President and Treasurer at TechnipFMC in Houston, TX and Vice Chair, Treasurer of the AFP Board of Directors. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Hilton Worldwide, Inc. Prior to joining Hilton, he held various treasury roles with Constellation Energy and Lucent Technologies. Fred has been an active member of AFP, having served as a Pinnacle Award Judge and co-chair of the Annual Conference Task Force. He has been a contributor on several AFP webinars and panels. His team at Hilton received the 2015 Pinnacle Award Grand Prize. Fred previously served as a member of the Policy Committee and Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. He currently serves as the Chair of the Finance Committee and is a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. He has been a member of AFP since 2009.

Jeff Altman
Jeff Altman is Senior Director, CRO Chief of Staff at Verizon Consumer Group. Prior to this role, Jeff headed up the Finance Leadership Development organization at Verizon and previously led the Media and Telematics (M&T) consolidations FP&A team. During his tenure at Verizon, he has held various FP&A positions to support Corporate Finance, Consumer Finance and Sales Support as well as roles in Treasury and Internal Audit. Jeff has spoken at AFP’s Annual Conference and FinNext conferences. He was on the Annual Conference Task Force and served as 2020 Chair of the FP&A Advisory Council for AFP. He previously served as a member of the Audit Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. Jeff currently serves as the Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee and is a member of the Finance Committee. He has been a member of AFP since 2012.
Tracy Butler, CTP
Tracy Butler is Chief Financial Officer for FusionSite, a site and logistic company with 30 locations across the US. She is responsible for driving FusionSite overall financial, HR and Marketing strategies with a focus on growth. Butler has more than 20 years of experience as finance executive in various industries. Prior to joining FusionSite, she was the Global CFO of ePac, a tech manufacturing company, and previously CFO at Sound Transit in Washington State, one of the country’s largest multi-modal, high-capacity transit agencies. Before joining Sound Transit, she was the Treasurer at Salem Regional Health Systems and prior she was Management Consultant with Optima Management in Geneva/Zurich, Switzerland. Tracy has served as a member of the 2019 FinNext conference task force, the 2020 AFP annual conference task force, the FPA advisory board and participated in multiple AFP interviews and marketing material development efforts. She previously served on the Board’s Policy Committee and Ethics Committee. Tracy currently serves as a member of the Finance Committee and Audit Committee. She has been a member of AFP since 2013.
Joel Campbell
Joel Campbell is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of TreviPay, a Corsair Capital portfolio company based in Overland Park, Kansas. TreviPay is the global B2B payments and invoicing network serving B2B sellers and buyers in 42 countries processing over $8.4B in transactions annually via 66 separate networks. Prior to joining TreviPay, Joel was VP, Treasurer & Chief Risk Officer at H&R Block and held VP & Assistant Treasurer roles at Western Union, Ameriprise Financial and Travelers. He was recently named a CFO of the Year honoree by the Kansas City Business Journal for a second time, has spoken at several Annual Conferences, and has been a member of the Annual Conference Planning Task Force, serving as Co-Chair in 2022. He previously served on the Finance Committee and currently serves as the Chair of the Audit Committee.
Gina Collis, CTP
Gina Collis is Corporate Treasurer at Clark Construction Group, a $5 billion in revenue building and civil construction firm. She was previously Associate Treasurer – Asset Management in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia, overseeing the management of over $8 billion in liquidity, retirement and savings plans and responsible for accounting and financial forecasting. Prior to joining the District, Gina was Chief of Staff and Executive Advisor to the President/COO at Vulcan, Inc., a privately held multi-billion-dollar diversified company. Prior to Vulcan, she was Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer for Discovery Communications, Inc., a global media company. Gina has served on the AFP Board for the last four years and has served on multiple AFP committees. She most recently served as Vice Chair, Secretary and the Chair of the Policy Committee. She is currently the Chair of the Ethics Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. Gina has been a speaker at AFP’s Annual Conferences and has been an AFP member since 1990.
Eric Ellis
Eric Ellis is Chief Financial Officer at the National Restaurant Association. Prior to joining the National Restaurant Association, he has held several progressive financial roles with Allstate, Coca-Cola, & Porsche Cars of North America. He has been a speaker at AFP FinNext Conference on digital transformation. Eric has served as a member of the FinNext task force, the FP&A Advisory Council and attends local AFP roundtables. He previously served on the Policy Committee and is currently a member of the Strategic Alliance Committee and Audit Committee. Eric has been a member of AFP since 2018.
Camille King, CTP, FPAC
Camille King is Senior Principal Team Leader, Financial Solutions & Transformation at Chick-fil-A, Inc. She has been with the company since January 2015 and previously led the Financial Risk & Analytics team within Treasury. Camille’s involvement in AFP began with 2016 attendance at the Annual Conference after obtaining the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation earlier the same year. From there, she became the first individual at Chick-fil-A to obtain the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional (FPAC) certification in early 2017 and has gone on to attend back-to-back FinNext and AFP Annual Conferences ever since. She has participated in various speaking forums at those events including facilitating roundtables, speaking on the MindShift stage within the expo hall, contributing as a speaker at multiple sessions and even engaging alongside a Keynote speaker for a certification breakfast. Additionally, Camille helped plan the 2021 FinNext session line-up, as well as the 2023 AFP Conference’s FP&A track. In 2023, she served as the AFP Conference Co-Chair and was one of the Pinnacle Awards judges. Beyond her conference involvement, Camille was a Professor of Practice in partnership with AFP for Virginia Tech’s Calhoun Discovery Program in 2021-2022. Lastly, she served on the FPAAC Advisory Council from 2020-2022. Camille currently serves as a member of the Policy Committee and Audit Committee.
Terri Mimms, CTP, FPAC
Terri Mimms is the Director for the Office of Treasury Operations at Purdue University, where she has held various financial positions over the past 20 years. Prior to Purdue she spent many years in the banking industry. Terri is the immediate past chair of the AFP Certification Committee and past chair of the AFP Body of Knowledge Committee. She has reviewed and contributed to the last six editions of the text The Essentials of Treasury Management. She has also served on numerous committees for exam development for the CTP. She previously served on the Policy Committee and is currently a member of the Strategic Alliance Committee and Policy Committee. Terri has been a member of AFP since 2001.
Tom Russell, CPA, FPAC
Tom Russell serves as the Chief Financial Officer at One Energy, an industrial power company preparing to go public in the near future. His responsibilities include accounting, treasury, tax, budgeting, forecasting, and SEC reporting. Prior to One Energy, Tom was CFO of a private equity-backed start-up/roll-up that acquired six companies and had a successful exit via sale to a strategic buyer. Earlier in his career, he spent 20 years at multi-billion-dollar public companies, leading FP&A reporting to the C-suite for 10 years, and leading SEC reporting for three years. He has extensive experience in public company reporting, board presentations, and financial planning. Tom served for several years on the AFP FP&A Advisory Council (FPAAC). He presented at AFP 2018 on the topic “Forecasting During Rapid Growth.” Tom has been featured in articles for the AFP Exchange magazine and participated in AFP webinars. He has been a member of AFP since 2018 and currently serves as a member of the Finance Committee.
Tamara Saront-Eisner, CTP
Tamara Saront-Eisner is Treasurer and Vice President of M&A, Americas at Air Liquide, where she is responsible for leading treasury and merger and acquisitions functions in all the Americas. Prior to joining Air Liquide in 2015, she was at Repsol where she held strategic and operational finance positions in international and domestic assignments. She was President of the Houston Chapter of the non-profit organization Women's Energy Network where she currently serves in their Advisory Council. She was named by Houston Woman Magazine as one of Houston’s 50 Most Influential Women of 2016. Tamara served on the Annual Conference Task Force in 2011 and 2012 and was a speaker in 2017. She has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, previously serving as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Finance Committee. She currently serves as a member of the Policy Committee and has been a member of AFP since 2007.
Sherri Speaks, CTP
Sherri Nicole Speaks is the Treasurer at John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT), a leading global provider of food processing machinery headquartered in Chicago, IL. In her role, Sherri manages all aspects of cash management, capital markets, foreign exchange, and trade finance. She also collaborates with the Corporate Development team on acquisition due diligence and integration processes. Before joining JBT in 2014, Sherri held various treasury positions at Illinois Tool Works in Glenview, IL. Her career began in the sub-prime mortgage industry, where she worked as an underwriter. Sherri has been an active member of the AFP since 2010. She has served as a member of the Certified Treasury Professional Test Development Committee for over a decade. She has also presented at the AFP Annual Conference on topics such as foreign exchange and capital markets and has volunteered with the Conference Planning Task Force. Sherri currently serves as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and Ethics Committee.
Gaileon Thompson, CTP, FPAC
Gaileon Thompson is Managing Director/Head of Finance for Branch Systems and Transformation at Wells Fargo and is based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, she was Vice President of Finance at Conifer Health Solutions for two years and has also spent over 15 years in various roles in financial services, including Senior Vice President, FP&A for CitiBank’s US Retail Bank Operations, and First Vice President, Finance for SunTrust’s Wholesale Deposits and Treasury Services. Gaileon is the Past Chair of AFP’s FP&A Advisory Council and has contributed to multiple white papers and articles related to FP&A. She also served on the inaugural Conference Planning Task Force for FinNext and has presented at multiple conferences. She was a founding board member and treasurer of the North Florida AFP and is currently a member of the Dallas AFP. Gaileon has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, serving on the Policy Committee and Audit Committee. She has chaired both the Strategic Planning and Finance Committees. She currently serves on the Strategic Planning Committee and has been a member of AFP since 2010.
Meredith Vance, CTP
Meredith Vance is Senior Vice President and Treasurer at NTT DATA in Plano, Texas. Prior to joining NTT DATA, she was Assistant Treasurer at PayPal, Inc. and eBay Inc. Meredith has deep expertise across the global treasury organization in both a corporate and advisory capacity. She previously held senior treasury roles at Royal Caribbean Group and Electronic Data Systems as well as global treasury advisory positions at Ernst and Young LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP. Meredith has served on the AFP Treasury Advisory Group and has been a speaker at several AFP Annual Conferences. In 2021, she was awarded the highly commended global Top Treasury Team recognition from Treasury Today. Meredith has been on the Board of Directors since 2018, serving as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Ethics Special Committee and Finance Committee. She currently serves on the Strategic Alliance Committee and has been a member of AFP since 1998.
May Vang, CTP
May Vang is Vice President of Treasury and Chief Investment Officer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. She leads enterprise strategies for treasury and investments to support the company in providing affordable and equitable care for all. May was formerly the Corporate Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations for American Family Insurance. She has held numerous progressive leadership roles in treasury and finance at Lawson Software, G&K Services, and Ecolab. May has extensive experience optimizing treasury, investments, and finance organizations to create value and drive innovative solutions in various industries, including public and private organizations. She is passionate about increasing awareness and support for BIPOC professionals in the finance industry. May has been a CTP instructor for numerous years and served as president of the Minnesota AFP in 2015 and 2017. In addition, May has participated in AFP’s DEI video for AFP finance students. She previously served as a member of the Finance Committee and Strategic Planning Committee. May currently serves as the Chair of the Strategic Alliance Committee and a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. She has been a member of AFP since 2003.
Mario Vasquez, FPAC
Mario Vasquez is Sr. Director, Finance at The E.W. Scripps Company and based in Orlando, Florida. He joined the company following its acquisition of ION Media Networks, Inc. in January 2021, where he served as Vice President Finance, Operations. Before his tenure at ION, Mario held various positions in Financial Planning & Analysis at HSN, Inc., The St. Joe Company, AirTran Airways and WonderWorks. Mario has been an active member of the AFP since 2014, initially participating in the beta test group for the Financial Planning and Analysis Certification (FPAC), and he was among the first to earn this certification. He has served on the AFP North American FP&A Advisory Council from 2022 to 2024 and was part of the AFP 2024 Conference Planning Task Force. Additionally, he has contributed to numerous AFP articles, guides, and webinars. Mario currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and Ethics Committee.
William Washington III
William M. Washington III is the Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Baker McKenzie. As CFO, he is responsible for the firm's financial operations, which totals more than over $3 billion in revenue across 76 offices in 45 countries. In his role, he is responsible for over 1,400 people and serves on the Executive Committee, Financial Committee and many other strategic committees related to the Firm's operations. William has also served as the CFO – Americas for Hogan Lovells where he worked closely with firm leadership to formulate a vision for the future of the firm and provide an understanding of the firm’s financial picture to help drive profitability. Before joining Hogan Lovells, William worked at two other AmLaw 100 law firms and has served in leadership positions in other diverse industries including Consulting (Accenture) and Financial Services (Fannie Mae). Although William is a new member of AFP, he has been a frequent guest speaker at AFP events since 2022. He currently serves as a member of the Policy Committee and Strategic Alliance Committee.

Michael High, FPAC
Michael High, CMA, FPAC, is currently VP Finance at Parkland Fuel Corp. Previously, he served as the Business Unit CFO for Royal Dutch Shell’s Deep Water Gulf of Mexico based in New Orleans, LA. Prior to Shell, Michael served as a U.S. Army Officer. He has served on the FinNext Conference Planning Task Force and served as a panelist at FinNext. He has spoken at four AFP/FinNext conferences and has been a contributor to the AFP FP&A Guide, was interviewed for the AFP Conversations podcast series, and supported the FP&A Job Task Analysis workshop. Michael has been on the Board of Directors since 2018 and served as Vice Chair, Secretary prior to Chair of the Board. He has been a member of AFP since 2016.
