Phishing Advisory

You’re used to dealing with fraud attempts, and as the host of AFP FP&A Forum, we see it too.

Unethical fraudsters will try to convince you to book a room through them for our event, purchase a list of pre-registered attendee’s contact information or even attend an unsanctioned education event.

The Austin Marriott Downtown is the only official hotel offering exclusive rates for AFP FP&A Forum in Austin. No other company or travel agency is authorized to place hotel reservations on behalf of AFP. Avoid scams by booking your hotel here.

AFP never sells attendee contact information to third parties. Those selling pre-registered attendee contact lists including name, phone number and email address are NOT affiliated with AFP. The following companies are NOT affiliated with AFP:

  • Direct Lead Retrieval
  • Leads for Show
  • Emails on Lead
  • Expo Info
  • Map Dynamic
  • RACS Media
  • Expo Searcher
  • ConnectB2Leads | Icon
  • Pro Accudata
  • Register Attendee
  • Leads Vendor List

T3 is the official general contractor for AFP FP&A Forum. The following organization is not affiliated with AFP FP&A Forum:

  • PayTrace
If you are an AFP FP&A Forum submitter or speaker, you will only receive correspondence from AFP's Education team, AFP Subject Matter Experts or members of the Planning Task Force. If you're unsure if the request is legitimate, please reach out to Marcia Solomon, [email protected].
