Meet-Up Description

Set yourself up for success–it is essential to operate effectively in your work environment and organization culture.  This meet-up will provide a different way of evaluating and understanding the dynamics of your work environment.  It will show how thinking and valuing patterns affect individuals and influence the real culture.  It will show how individuals focus on different priorities and the impact that has on the workplace.  From here you will learn how to adeptly maneuver through the professional landscape in which you find yourself.  You will gain deeper insight into the role each of us plays – leaders and staff – in creating the culture. You will also acquire tips for how to navigate the culture in which you find yourself.  Understanding these perspectives can foster productivity, effectiveness, satisfaction and success.
