The largest impact Treasury can make on the company is the cash forecast. We know the assumptions are constantly changing but there are ways we can improve the process. Content discusses the types of forecasts, the most appropriate type of forecast for the situation at hand, and what to do when we have excess or insufficient short term liquidity needed to support ongoing operations.This course is not eligible for CTP or FPAC credits.
